Guadalajara, Jalisco
This residential project, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, was created for Aldi Fratelli in collaboration with Tacher Arquitectos. It occupies a 4,496 m² plot with a total construction area of 36,286 m². The complex consists of 3 towers. The first, located on Av. Plan de San Luis, has 19 levels. The first level houses the entrance for cars, services, and pedestrians, as well as a series of commercial spaces, the reception area, and the upper levels are entirely residential. The second tower has 25 levels, including amenities on its ground floor such as a gym and entertainment areas. The third tower has 8 levels, entirely residential from the ground floor up. The common areas include gardens, playgrounds, coworking spaces, an outdoor cinema, and terraces with amenities (kitchens, restrooms, grills) in each of the towers.
To bring this project to fruition, I had the opportunity to work closely with the client (Aldi Fratelli) and the team of architects (Tacher) from the project's inception to the delivery of the apartments. I had the opportunity to review and discuss each engineering plan, coordinate engineering designs, and support the project by creating 3D models, plans for masonry, drywall, waterproofing, metalwork, carpentry, interior design, and a model apartment design, as well as providing bulletins to improve and streamline construction processes.
