Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
The project is located in the marina area of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. It was created for the developer IDEX (who also served as the architects).
It comprises a 10,046 m² plot of land and a building consisting of three 10-story towers with a total of 167 units.
The complex takes advantage of the marina avenue to offer businesses on the ground floor and the first floor at the front of the property. The private area includes gardens, swimming pools, a spa, a gym, play areas, and terraces in each of the towers.
As project coordinator, my job was to work together with the client, the architects, and the engineering firms to ensure the project remained within budget and that the architectural design was truly feasible and functioned in conjunction with the engineering.
