Guadalajara, Jalisco
The project is located within the “Punto Sao Paulo” shopping center in the Providencia neighborhood of Guadalajara, Jalisco. It was created for the developer Forja, and designed by Tacher Arquitectos, with whom I collaborated during the coordination phase.
It is a 22-story tower, with a total construction area of 55,596 m², built on top of the existing parking garage, with the tower's ground floor being the last level of the parking garage. It features over 3,000 m² of amenities, including swimming pools, a rooftop terrace, a gym, gardens, etc., as well as a total of 168 residential units.
For this project, Tacher carried out the architectural design, and I collaborated with them during the coordination phase. Once the project was completed, I prepared reports that included modifications to the facade, metalwork plans, landscaping, sections, drywall, masonry, finishes, etc.
